At assembly on Wednesday 5th August we recognised the senior students (not affected by the flu) who are on track for the Te Taumata o te Manawanui Award.

This translates as The Peak of Determination / The Summit of Perseverance. It is awarded to students, at Prize Giving, in Year 11, 12 and 13 who have achieved all of their internal credits. Students in Year 11 gain the Bronze Award, Year 12 the Silver and Year 13 the Gold.

In Year 11, 91 students are on track for this award. 81 in Year 12 and 53 in Year 13. Over 72% of Senior Students are on track to gain this recognition.  Well done.
