Are you looking for a Summer job or part time work?

The DHS Transition Team has teamed up with the Central Otago District Council’s Central Mahi Initiative to showcase to students the opportunities that exist within our community for summer holiday and part-time work. 

Aim:      Gain Summer/Part time employment for students and help employers secure staff

Date:     25th of October

Time:    1.30-3.30pm

The Process:

Term 4, Week 1: students will be introduced to the Job Meet format and shown videos/ adverts of work opportunities available. Registrations of interest will be collected from students.

Tuesday the 25th of October:  small group questions and answers sessions/interviews will then be held on site between employers/students. The hope is to connect students and employers and take away the barriers that exist to gain employment.
