Towards the end of Term 1 students, who are studying Gateway or Independent Living, took part in a Health and Safety Course to help them develop the skills and understanding required for being a successful and functioning member of a workplace.

The course for Year 12 students covered diversity, discrimination and sexual harassment and the course for Year 13 students was about applying health and safety risk assessment to a job role. Both days were very successful with all students who took part completing the courses and gaining valuable credits and learning.
