On Friday, 22 May, Dunstan High School's Showquest team competed at the Southland Regional Competition at the Civic Theatre in Invercargill.

After travelling down and staying overnight on Thursday, our team of 54 students the largest Showquest group Dunstan High School has taken performed against schools from across the region.

The team achieved an outstanding result, receiving 2nd Place, Excellence in Art, Excellence in Culture, and Recognition in Dance. The 2nd-place finish is the highest placing Dunstan High School has achieved in its Showquest history.

This success was supported by the efforts of many students behind the scenes, including those who contributed to costumes, lighting, music, voice-over work, and digital design, helping to bring the performance together.

Congratulations to everyone involved for their hard work and commitment throughout the many months of preparation.
