Ryan Clearwater received his Silver Duke of Edinburgh's Award from Mayor Tamah Alley at a presentation in the Council Chambers at Central Otago District Council, on Wednesday 1 July.

Ryan achieved this Award by committing to several activities.

Adventurous Journey - Spirit of New Zealand Sailing voyage

He has shown commitment and has developed leadership skills that will set him up for a great future.
