What a fantastic way to wrap up the term! ππ½οΈ
Ms Tipene's Year 10 Social Studies class has been exploring New Zealand's rich history and culture, from the migration of MΔori to Aotearoa through to present-day New Zealand.
To celebrate their learning, students shared a wonderful variety of kai from around the world, highlighting the diverse cultures that make up our community.
The menu included delicious dishes from the Philippines, South Africa, France and New Zealand. π³πΏ π΅π πΏπ¦ π«π·

Jacob Calimlim shared Filipino food.

Jules Worch, Nikau Bed good and Camron Reid sampling croissant, Billtong and fry bread.

Wentzel Bresler (who brought a South African dessert) and Jayden Dalgety sampling some kiwi food.
It was a great opportunity to learn about different cultures, enjoy new flavours, and celebrate the diversity that makes our school so special.
