Multicultural Dunstan - Year 10SST1

Multicultural Dunstan - Year 10SST1

What a fantastic way to wrap up the term! 🌏🍽️

Ms Tipene's Year 10 Social Studies class has been exploring New Zealand's rich history and culture, from the migration of Māori to Aotearoa through to present-day New Zealand.

To celebrate their learning, students shared a wonderful variety of kai from around the world, highlighting the diverse cultures that make up our community.

The menu included delicious dishes from the Philippines, South Africa, France and New Zealand. πŸ‡³πŸ‡Ώ πŸ‡΅πŸ‡ πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦ πŸ‡«πŸ‡·

It was a great opportunity to learn about different cultures, enjoy new flavours, and celebrate the diversity that makes our school so special.
