The Dunstan PTA have several ways in which we assist the school:
The PTA Committee: This meets once a month . The committee is a mix of parents, who are office bearers and general committee members, the Principal and 2 student representatives
The PTA Uniform Shop. This opens Wednesdays 5.30pm to 6.30pm during school term and needs volunteers to operate it on a rostered basis.
The Senior School Formal. Traditionally the PTA has done the catering for this event with huge assistance from the wider school community in preparing the food.
The Blossom Festival. This is a fundraiser with PTA and volunteers running a stand selling Pimms and Prawns.                    

The funds raised from the Uniform Shop, the Formal and the Blossom Festival are used by the school for items not otherwise funded. For example: the large Dunstan High School gazebo used at many school events, new House banners and flags, new school blazers, a camera for the Art department.                  

There may be one or more of the roles above that you would be happy to assist with so please consider joining the PTA as a way to be connected to and help Dunstan High School.
