Duke of Edinburgh Award
The Duke of Edinburgh Award is an international award that is recognised around the world with regards to developing young people into good citizens.

These awards can be gained at three levels Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each award involves the students doing a number of hours of service in the community, they must learn a new skill and participate in regular physical activity. As well as these three components students must also take part in an adventurous journey.

Gold is the pinnacle award. Students spend 18 months working towards this achievement. Dunstan High School congratulates

Sofia Druce on completing her Gold Award.

Sofia will receive her Gold Award from the Governor General at Government House in Wellington.
