There was a great spread of competition with 350 competitors travelling from around NZ. 

The Alexandra team did exceedingly well making 36 individual finals (top 8) out of 46 swims and achieved 21 placings (1st, 2nd or 3rd).  Overall the team was 9th out of 58 teams, and with only a team of 8, this is an exceptional result.
