Students of Rural Health Aotearoa
Last week, SoRHA (Students of Rural Health Aotearoa) visited some of our Year 10 students to discuss possible career pathways in the health sector, specifically with a focus on recruiting students from rural areas.
Our students listened to the experiences of the visiting health professionals and learned about the different pathways open to them. They then had an opportunity to explore reflexes, blood pressure, to learn about CPR, and to experience some of the challenges of being a dentist.
